During our short trip to Florence and the surrounding areas, we had a great stay at this hotel. The location was convenient as there was a bus stop just around the corner that took us to the center of Florence, saving us the hassle of finding parking. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a good selection of food with pots of tea and coffee brought to our table. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful and relaxing stay.
One small drawback was the lack of a proper terrace. The covered balcony in the corridor, though present, offered limited seating and a view only into the inside of the building, making it difficult to enjoy the fresh air and natural light.
